Willy is a member of Terra Nova who is an artist. Willy owed Boylan 500 Terras and tried to pay him off with a watch but then Boylan gave him a chance to pay off what he owed by taking some Azimeth and then admitting to stealing the supplies from the infirmary, however he eventually told Jim Shannon the truth.
