A sonic pistol charger is a device used to recharge sonic pistols. Jim Shannon had one in his house and Commander Taylor, who had planted a transmitter in the Shannon house to attract a Dragonfly that the Sixers had been using to communicate with their spy in Terra Nova, to frame Jim told the others that the Dragonfly had been drawn to th house by the charger.
