Sonic cannon

A sonic cannon, also called sonics, is a defensive weapon used by the security at Terra Nova to repel dangerous dinosaurs such as Carnotaurus.
Overview
The weapons fire pulses of sonic energy which drives dinosaurs off. Two such cannons are located at the gate of Terra Nova. (Genesis, Part 2)
