Russo-Chinese

The Russo-Chinese is a group that was active in 2137 and 2138, responsible for mental manipulations and simulations, most likely for extracting information from soldiers. When commander Nathaniel Taylor was infected with a pathogen that affected his memory, he believed that he was part of these simulations and that the Russo-Chinese may have been behind it. In 2137, they set off a massive electromagnetic pulse that disabled technology in Somalia. A A pyrosonic device used by the Phoenix Group may have been Russo-Chinese in origin.
