Rebecca Milner is a member of the seventh pilgrimage, a member of the Terra Nova Support staff working in the mess hall and wife of Howard Milner.

Biography
Rebecca met Howard and the two married some time after he was selected for the seventh pilgrimage. While on Terra Nova Rebecca began working in the mess hall and started an affair with Ken Foster however he broke it off. Rebecca was questioned about Ken by Jim Shannon and Lt. Alicia Washington after a photo was found of her and Foster on Fosters tags. Following this her husband confessed to killing Foster and was banished, before being brought back by Jim Shannon who figured out that Howard was lying and the two reconciled. (Bylaw)
