Population Control

Population Control is a policing agency on Earth who enforce the strict population policy of "A Family is Four". They perform searches of houses to find violations of the law and will arrest or detain anyone who breaks the law. The Shannon family were visited by Population Control who discovered Zoe and attempted to take her. Jim tried to stop them and was arrested for assaulting them. (Genesis, Part 1)
