The DNA Sampler is a device used by the sciences division at Terra Nova for analysis and comparison of DNA.
Overview
The device is used by running a small tool over the samples and then analyzing the results on the screen. Use of the device require permission from authorized personnel and consent from the target. The device can also analyse a physical blood sample. (Proof, Now You See Me)
History
Maddy Shannon used this device to compare recent DNA from Ken Horton with some DNA from a letter he once sent her but they were a match. Dr. Elisabeth Shannon later used the sampler to test the blood found by her husband belonging to the Sixers spy. (Proof, Now You See Me)
