The chip fabricator is a device used by the people of Terra Nova to make computer chips.
Overview
The device is responsible for creating new computer chips. To use the device you simply enter the chip type code and the device makes it. (Nightfall)
History
When a meteor caused an electromagnetic pulse and damaged all the computer chips in Terra Nova, they attempted to use this device to make more, however it too had been affected by the EMP and so Tom Boylan had to repair the chip and then the device was used to make a class 3 biobed chip.
