Biography
Carter snuck into Terra Nova to siphon power off of the power grid and was shot when he was discovered. While being treated at the infirmary, Carter took Dr. Elisabeth Shannon hostage and demanded that the guard surrender his weapon. He then attempted to assassinate commander Taylor, but was spotted and subdued by Jim Shannon.
Carter was jailed, but a Sixer spy inside Terra Nova sent word to Mira. She and other Sixers arrived to negotiate a trade: Meteoric Iron in exchange for Carter and medical supplies. Carter later told Mira about the glyphs that Taylor's son, Lucas, had carved on rocks at Snakehead Falls. Carter was seen later when Mira traded goods with Tom Boylan. (Genesis, Part 2, What Remains)
Carter attacked Washington who was out looking for Leah Marcos' bag and then helped bring the captured Washington and Dunham before the colony to be traded for Leah, but was forced to let them go. Carter helped with herding an Empirosaur towards Terra Nova and then snuck into the colony to locate Lucas' computer. Carter was forced to fight with Jim Shannon but managed to get away and escape through the fence to safety. Carter met with Skye when she came to the Sixer camp and then allowed her to see her mother, Deborah. Carter met with Skye when she arrived taking the intel she brought. Personality
Carter is very strong willed in doing the job he was sent to Terra Nova to do, going so far as to attempt to kill Commander Taylor given the chance. He has shown some skill in hand-to-hand combat. (Genesis, Part 2, The Runaway)
