Axis Psych-Ops is a group that was active during 2138 and was responsible for mental manipulations and simulations, most likely to extract information from soldiers. When Commander Nathaniel Taylor contracted a pathogen that affected his memory, he believed that he was taking part in these simulations, and that Axis Psych-Ops may have been behind it.
